Donna Simpson brings nearly 20 years of experience in mortgage and real estate to The Blue Waters Group. She has worked as a real estate agent, loan processor, and loan officer, giving her comprehensive knowledge of transactions from multiple angles.

She prioritizes building long-term client relationships and brings a warm, caring approach to every real estate and lending experience. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her three children, taking advantage of Northern California's proximity to beaches, mountains, rivers, and lakes for hiking, riding, and running.
