After almost 2 decades as a Chief Financial Officer in the professional services industry applying financial principles and consulting management, to help corporations, I wanted to change my focus and apply the same knowledge and practices to helping people who were striving to make the dream of home ownership a reality – so in 2004, I became a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
My background in Accounting and Finance contributed to my best practices approach for businesses and is equally applicable for families when they are buying or refinancing their home.
My goal and focus has always been to do what is best for each client based on their unique financial circumstances.
Each client and each home purchase or refinance is unique – I take pride in finding the best financial product and lowest market interest rate for each borrower’s situation.
I built my client list by referral. Whether through neighbors, family, friends, co-workers or through business referral resources, I am pleased to say many of my current clients are repeat customers that have come to rely on my consultative approach to coaching them through the challenging and ever changing mortgage process. Often following a transaction they refer their own sphere of family and friends.
My wife (also my best friend) and I have lived in the Sacramento area for 30 years. My personal interests include both road and mountain biking, skiing and hiking in the sierra foothills and along the beautiful American River Parkway. I find time for Yoga, meditation and other activities to keep a sound mind, body and spirit. Family always comes first!
