I am very reserved with whom I recommend to others because I am “giving you my word”. I know that adage seems to be a thing of the past, but I still believe strongly in it. A “short sale” in no way, should be called a “short sale”, in my opinion! We had found our “dream home” after looking at about 50 others homes. My husband & I were referred to Lisa back in 2015, unfortunately at that time we still weren't quite were we needed to be to purchase a home, but we had such a good experience with her at that time that we kept her number for when we were ready to buy. When my brother decided to buy his first home I gave him Lisa's number and he absolutely loved working with her and her team. Upon meeting Matt, he took us around Folsom to tour different neighborhoods and look at homes for sale. Matt is from the area, and was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming about all related aspects to buying a home in Folsom. We very much appreciated how honest he was with us and it was quickly apparent how were lucky we were to have Matt as our relator.
