Upon meeting Matt, he took us around Folsom to tour different neighborhoods and look at homes for sale. Matt is from the area, and was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming about all related aspects to buying a home in Folsom. We very much appreciated how honest he was with us and it was quickly apparent how were lucky we were to have Matt as our relator.

We looked for many months with Matt, and he always made time for us despite our busy schedules. There were even times where Matt would work with us late into the evenings. What we appreciated most in Matt is that he never pushed us in any way despite finding many homes that "checked all of our boxes," and was as patient and helpful as ever until we found our perfect home.
