Rocklin

Rocklin sits just north of Roseville in Placer County and has grown substantially since the 1990s, largely through master-planned communities like Stanford Ranch and Whitney Ranch that brought consistent, newer-construction single-family housing along with community parks and trails. It's home to William Jessup University and Sierra College's main campus, and the Rocklin Unified School District draws families specifically for its school reputation.
